Thoroughly enjoyed this short story. It really wasn’t what I had expected and I found myself delighted.
I listened to the audiobook on my way to the office on Tuesday and ended up sitting in my car in the basement parking so I could finish it.
A daughter reminisces about her unusual mother. Tales about magic, potions, curses and her father, the garden gnome had me smiling and laughing with joy.
Definitely recommended.
